Fine Wine & Good Spirits is partnering with Pittsburgh Magazine to bring you two events in 2023:

  1. Saturday, 05/20/23 – Pittsburgh Wine & Spirits Festival
  2. Saturday, 11/11/23 – Pittsburgh Wine & Spirits Festival

EVENTS DETAILS:              Saturday, 05/20/23
6:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Rivers Casino Event Center, 777 Casino Dr., Pittsburgh
Estimated Attendance: 1,200

 Deadlines & Pertinent Details:

  1. Table Fee: $950 – single event/$1,600 – both events
    1. Invoicing:  All table fees will be handled by and paid directly to Pittsburgh Magazine.
  2. Product Detail:  All products (Listed, Luxury, One Time Buy, Special Order) submitted must be established PLCB codes, with available inventory, in advance of the event.
    1. IMPORTANT: Vendors/suppliers are permitted to bring samples from their own stock to pour at this event
  3. Celebrity/Winemaker/Master Distiller: Include with your submission any special guests that are available for the event in support of their brand so we may plan accordingly for space, product inventory and staffing.
  4. Tasting Times:  6:00 to 10:00 PM
  5. Submission Deadline: Midnight EST, Monday, 02/20/23

Vendor Access & Event Logistics: Registration packets and table fee payment instructions will be sent to all participating vendors directly from Pittsburgh Magazine.

Please complete the attached spreadsheet and return it to @LB, Festivals and Events by the deadline of midnight EST, Monday, 02/20/23. You must include May pricing and pre-approved IRC details for your items.,
